Digital Products

Digital Purchases: Digital products (such as e-books and digital art prints) sold on our website are available as direct downloads.
Non-Refundable: All digital product purchases are final, with no refunds or exchanges provided after purchase.

Print Copies (via Amazon)

Print copies of our books are available exclusively through Amazon and are subject to Amazon’s Terms & Conditions, including their return, refund, and shipping policies. For assistance with physical books purchased on Amazon, please contact Amazon’s customer service.

Order Processing & Shipping for Merchandise

Order Processing: Orders for physical merchandise are processed once payment is completed.
Shipping: Shipping times for merchandise depend on Printify’s network of providers. Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand items, all merchandise sales are final. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion, in coordination with Printify. For print books sold on Amazon, please refer to Amazon's return policy.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

All designs, content, and digital products on Luna & Milo Designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Luna & Milo and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or use of our designs is prohibited. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright of the design to the buyer.

Limitation of Liability

Luna & Milo Designs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to Printify’s or Amazon’s services, production delays, or shipping delays beyond our control.
